The Alpinestars Bionic Plasma Youth Knee Protector is designed for young off-road riders who need lightweight, comfortable, and dependable knee protection during motocross, trail riding, and other powersports activities. This black and white 2XL knee guard features a removable Nucleon Plasma knee protector integrated into a highly breathable chassis, providing enhanced coverage and impact protection without restricting movement. Manufacturer and vendor part number 6540226-132-2X identifies this specific Alpinestars youth knee guard configuration.
The Nucleon Plasma protector is made from a USDA-certified bio-based material engineered to remain flexible in multiple directions while dispersing and absorbing impact energy. The pre-shaped, anatomically contoured design helps the protector follow the rider’s natural riding position, while additional lower and side padding extends coverage around the knee. A soft tactile inner lining and perforated stretch padding improve comfort, airflow, and moisture management for extended time on the bike. The knee protector can be removed for convenient cleaning and maintenance.
A ventilated 3D mesh front promotes airflow while an abrasion-resistant outer fabric helps protect the knee area from riding wear. The soft stretch mesh rear accommodates a variety of calf sizes, and the open rear-knee construction helps reduce heat buildup. Anatomically sculpted upper calf sections and silicone grip strips at the upper hem help keep the guard securely positioned during active riding. Sized 2XL, this Alpinestars Bionic Plasma Youth Knee Protector is suited for youth off-road riders seeking flexible protection with a comfortable, low-profile fit. The knee protector is certified to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1 for impact protection.
