The Alpinestars Austral GTX Touring Shoe combines streamlined hi-top styling with dependable motorcycle protection and all-weather comfort. Designed for riders who need versatile footwear on and off the bike, this black and dark gray touring shoe features a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® membrane that helps keep feet dry in wet conditions while allowing moisture vapor to escape. The lightweight, abrasion-resistant microfiber upper supports everyday durability, while the lace closure and wide-aperture entry make the shoe easy to put on and adjust.

Protection is integrated throughout the design for a secure riding experience. Dual-density ankle protectors, internal toe box reinforcements, a TPU heel counter, and an asymmetric shift-area toe provide coverage in key impact and abrasion zones without creating a bulky profile. Strategically placed PrimaLoft® insulation helps retain warmth around the forefoot and toe areas. The perforated microfiber and soft textile tongue, combined with a breathable textile rear calf section, promote comfort during extended rides.

The sports-inspired sole uses a specialized rubber compound for textured grip, impact absorption, and confident footing. An integrated support shank increases sole rigidity, while the high-flex inner structure improves walking comfort away from the motorcycle. A removable anatomical EVA footbed with a Lycra® top lining provides cushioned support, and the lateral adjustable hook-and-loop closure adds security and fine-tuned fit over the traditional laces.
