The All Balls Throttle Cable, manufacturer part number 45-1199 and vendor part number 24-51199, is designed to provide dependable throttle control and long-lasting performance on compatible Honda motorcycles. This replacement cable fits 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 Honda XR400R models, making it a practical choice for restoring smooth throttle operation during maintenance or repair.
The black PVC outer sheathing delivers flexibility and durability for demanding riding conditions, while the pre-stretched inner wire is flared before the terminal end is cast to improve pull-out resistance. Molded rubber components use high-UV-resistance EPDM rubber to help extend service life, and the tighter-fitting EPDM boots provide improved protection against water and dirt compared with standard OEM-style designs. Injection-molded components are manufactured from high-strength POM material for reliable performance.
Built as a direct-fit replacement for the specified application, this All Balls throttle cable supports consistent cable movement and dependable fitment when installed according to the motorcycle manufacturer's service procedures. Verify the model year and application before ordering to ensure compatibility with your Honda XR400R.
