The All Balls Throttle Cable, manufacturer part number 45-1112 and vendor part number 24-51112, is designed to provide dependable throttle control for select Can-Am ATV applications. This replacement cable is engineered for proper fitment and smooth operation on 2008–2012 and 2014–2015 Can-Am DS 450 models, as well as 2010–2012 Can-Am DS 450 XMX models.
The cable features a black PVC outer sheathing that delivers flexibility and durability in demanding riding conditions. Its pre-stretched inner wire is flared before the terminal end is cast, helping provide superior pull-out resistance and reliable service life. Injection-molded components are manufactured from high-strength POM material for added durability and consistent performance.
All Balls uses EPDM rubber for the molded components and boots, providing high resistance to ultraviolet exposure and helping extend product life. The EPDM boots are designed with a tighter fit than the original equipment design to improve resistance against water and dirt intrusion. This throttle cable is a practical replacement option for restoring responsive throttle operation while maintaining a secure, weather-resistant connection.
