The All Balls Throttle Cable 45-1051 is designed to provide dependable throttle control and durable performance for select KTM youth motorcycles. This replacement cable features a flexible black PVC outer sheathing that withstands regular use while allowing smooth routing through the motorcycle’s controls. Its pre-stretched inner wire is flared before the terminal end is cast, helping provide superior pull-out resistance and consistent operation.
All Balls uses molded EPDM rubber components for high ultraviolet resistance and extended service life. The tighter-fitting EPDM rubber boots help limit water and dirt intrusion at the cable connection points, while injection-molded components made from high-strength POM material support reliable fit and durability. The cable is manufactured for direct replacement and is intended to restore proper throttle function without unnecessary modifications.
Part number 45-1051 fits select KTM applications, including the 2008 KTM 50 SX Mini; 2002–2007 KTM 50 Mini Adventure; and 2003–2005 KTM 50 SX Pro Jr LC.
