All Balls Countershaft Seal Kit 25-4048 for Yamaha YZ450F and YZ450FX

The All Balls Countershaft Seal Kit, part number 25-4048, provides the replacement sealing components needed to restore reliable protection around the transmission countershaft. Designed for select Yamaha motocross and cross-country motorcycles, this kit helps keep lubricant contained while limiting the entry of dirt, mud, and other contaminants into the countershaft area.

Each kit includes a replacement outer seal along with the required O-rings, snap rings, or lock washers, as applicable to the application. Supplying the related installation components together helps simplify service and supports a complete repair rather than replacing only the primary seal. The All Balls 25-4048 kit is manufactured for dependable fit and function in demanding off-road environments.

Fitment includes the 2023–2026 Yamaha YZ450F, as well as the 2024–2026 Yamaha YZ450FX. Verify the motorcycle model and model year before installation to ensure proper application. This All Balls countershaft seal kit is a practical choice for routine maintenance, leak repair, and drivetrain service when replacing the original countershaft sealing components.
