The All Balls Clutch Cable, part number 45-2006, is a replacement control cable designed for select Honda CR motocross motorcycles. It fits the 1996–2002 Honda CR80RB Expert and the 2003–2005 Honda CR85R. This cable is manufactured for dependable clutch operation and is suitable for replacing a worn, stretched, damaged, or contaminated original-equipment cable.
Black PVC outer sheathing provides flexibility and durability for demanding riding conditions. The pre-stretched inner wire is flared before the terminal end is cast, helping improve pull-out resistance and long-term reliability. High-strength POM injection-molded components support consistent performance, while molded EPDM rubber components offer strong resistance to ultraviolet exposure and extended service life.
The EPDM rubber boots are designed with a tighter fit than typical OEM components to help resist water and dirt intrusion at the cable ends. Proper cable routing and adjustment are recommended during installation to help ensure smooth clutch engagement and release. Verify the motorcycle model and year before ordering to confirm fitment.
