The All Balls Clutch Cable, manufacturer part number 45-2003 and vendor part number 24-52003, is designed to provide dependable clutch control and long-lasting performance for select Kawasaki motocross motorcycles. This replacement clutch cable fits 1990-1998 Kawasaki KX250 models and the 1990 Kawasaki KX500.
The cable features a black PVC outer sheath that delivers flexibility and durability for demanding riding conditions. Its pre-stretched inner wire is flared before the terminal end is cast, helping provide superior pull-out resistance and consistent operation. Molded rubber components use EPDM rubber for enhanced ultraviolet resistance and extended service life, while the tighter-fitting EPDM boots help limit water and dirt intrusion compared with standard OEM-style designs.
Injection-molded components are manufactured from high-strength POM material for reliable fit and wear resistance. Built as a direct replacement-style clutch cable, the All Balls 45-2003 helps restore smooth clutch engagement and dependable lever response when servicing or replacing a worn original cable. Verify the motorcycle model and year before installation to ensure proper fitment.
