The All Balls Carburetor Repair Kit 26-1586 provides the components needed to restore proper carburetor performance on select 1984–1987 Suzuki LT185 models. Designed for off-road applications, this kit supports reliable fuel delivery and helps address common issues associated with worn seals, metering components, and carburetor hardware. The kit is based on United States model specifications, so fitment should be verified before installation on non-U.S. models.
Included components consist of O-rings, gaskets, jets, a needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle, and float valve seat. OEM jet sizes are supplied to help maintain the intended fuel system calibration. NBR rubber is used for the O-rings and rubber gaskets, offering strong resistance to the ethanol commonly found in today’s fuels. Applications originally equipped with paper float bowl gaskets receive an upgrade to high-performance interface gasket material for dependable sealing.
This All Balls kit fits 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1987 Suzuki LT185 models. Manufacturer part number 26-1586 and vendor part number 226-1586 identify the kit for ordering and service reference. Confirm the vehicle model, year, and carburetor configuration before installation. For off-road use only.
