Restore dependable carburetor performance with the All Balls Carburetor Repair Kit, manufacturer part number 26-1524 and vendor part number 26-1524. This complete repair kit is designed for select U.S.-specification Yamaha Kodiak models and includes the key components needed to service and rebuild the carburetor. It fits the 2000 Yamaha YFM400FA Kodiak 4WD with SRA and the 2000 Yamaha YFM400A Kodiak 2WD with SRA.
The kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle, and float valve seat. OEM jet sizes are included to help maintain the intended fuel-delivery characteristics of the original carburetor. Components are selected for the listed applications, so use discretion when installing this kit on non-U.S. models or vehicles with different carburetor specifications.
All Balls uses NBR rubber for the O-rings and rubber gaskets, providing strong resistance to the ethanol commonly found in today’s fuels. Applications originally equipped with paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded with high-performance interface gasket material for reliable sealing during service. This All Balls kit is intended for off-road use only and is a practical choice for renewing the carburetor on compatible Yamaha Kodiak ATVs.
