Restore dependable carburetor performance with the All Balls Carburetor Repair Kit, manufacturer part number 26-1424 and vendor part number 226-1424. This complete repair kit is designed for select U.S.-model Suzuki LT-Z90 QuadSport applications and includes the necessary components to service and rebuild the carburetor. It fits 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2014 through 2020 Suzuki LT-Z90 QuadSport models.
The kit includes all required O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle, and float valve seat. OEM jet sizes are supplied to help support proper carburetor calibration for the specified application. NBR rubber is used for the O-rings and rubber gaskets, providing excellent resistance to ethanol commonly found in today’s fuels. Applications originally equipped with paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded with high-performance interface gasket material for improved service reliability.
Components are based on U.S. models, so discretion is required when installing this kit on non-U.S. versions of the Suzuki LT-Z90 QuadSport. Verify the model year, carburetor configuration, and existing components before installation. This product is intended for off-road use only. Professional installation or service by a qualified technician is recommended when rebuilding or tuning the carburetor.
