Designed for select U.S.-model Yamaha Grizzly 450 ATVs, this kit provides the essential components needed to service and rebuild the carburetor. It is suited for off-road use and helps support proper fuel delivery, throttle response, and engine operation when installed according to the vehicle manufacturer’s procedures.
The kit includes O-rings, gaskets, jets, a needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle, and float valve seat. OEM jet sizes are included for the listed applications. O-rings and rubber gaskets are manufactured from NBR rubber, which offers excellent resistance to ethanol commonly found in modern fuels. Applications originally equipped with paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded with High Performance Interface Gasket material for dependable sealing during service.
Fitment includes 2007–2012 Yamaha YFM450FG Grizzly 4WD with independent suspension, as well as 2011–2014 Yamaha YFM450FGP Grizzly 4WD EPS with independent suspension.
