Designed for select U.S.-model Honda ATVs, this complete kit provides the essential components needed to service and rebuild the carburetor, helping address worn seals, damaged gaskets, fuel leaks, and inconsistent fuel delivery.
Included components feature all required O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle, and float valve seat. OEM jet sizes are supplied to support proper carburetor calibration for the listed applications. All O-rings and rubber gaskets use NBR rubber, which provides excellent resistance to ethanol-blended fuels commonly used today. Applications originally equipped with paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded with high-performance interface gasket material for improved durability and sealing.
This All Balls kit fits 2005–2014 Honda TRX500FA Rubicon models with SRA, including model years 2005 through 2009 and 2011 through 2014, as well as the 2005 Honda TRX500FE Foreman 4X4 ES with SRA. Components are based on U.S. models, so use discretion when installing the kit on non-U.S. versions, which may have different carburetor specifications.
