All Balls 45-1023 Throttle Cable for Honda XR650R

The All Balls 45-1023 Throttle Cable is a replacement control cable designed for dependable throttle operation on select Honda XR650R motorcycles. It is engineered to fit 2000–2007 Honda XR650R models, providing a direct replacement solution for worn, damaged, or stretched original equipment cables. The cable supports smooth throttle control and is suitable for off-road riding conditions where flexibility, durability, and protection from moisture and debris are essential.

The black PVC outer sheathing offers flexibility while helping protect the inner cable from abrasion and environmental exposure. The pre-stretched inner wire is flared before the terminal end is cast, improving pull-out resistance and helping maintain reliable cable performance. Injection-molded components are manufactured from high-strength POM material for added durability, while molded rubber components use UV-resistant EPDM rubber to promote a longer service life.

EPDM rubber boots are designed with a tighter fit than typical OEM-style boots to provide improved resistance against water and dirt intrusion. This All Balls throttle cable is manufactured for proper fitment and reliable operation on the following applications: 2000 Honda XR650R, 2001 Honda XR650R, 2002 Honda XR650R, 2003 Honda XR650R, 2004 Honda XR650R, 2005 Honda XR650R, 2006 Honda XR650R, and 2007 Honda XR650R. Verify model year and cable routing before installation.
