The Akrapovic Slip-On Line Titanium exhaust muffler is designed specifically for the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 and Pan America 1250 Special. Its streamlined shape follows the motorcycle’s original lines while incorporating design elements developed for Akrapovic Adventure motorcycle exhaust systems. The sandblasted, high-grade titanium muffler outer sleeve delivers a durable, premium finish suited to both road and off-road riding.
The Akrapovic S-HD12SO1-HAFT provides a weight reduction of 11.6 percent, or 0.5 kg, compared with the standard stock exhaust. Its tuned construction produces a deep, full V-twin exhaust note while improving engine performance. Testing on Akrapovic’s in-house dyno against a Pan America 1250 equipped with the original exhaust recorded a power increase of 1.3 kW, or 1.7 horsepower, at 2,300 rpm and a torque increase of 5.6 Nm at 2,700 rpm.
This slip-on exhaust uses a simple plug-and-play installation and does not require ECU remapping, helping simplify installation and return the motorcycle to service quickly. The system is compatible with the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 Special and works with the original Harley-Davidson side cases, saddlebags, and center stand. The manufacturer is Akrapovic, and the manufacturer and vendor part number is S-HD12SO1-HAFT. This product is intended as a direct-fit performance muffler replacement for compatible Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 applications.
