Header Pipe - Stainless Steel - Honda XL 750 Transalp

Upgrade a Honda XL750 Transalp equipped with an Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust using the Akrapovic Optional Header Pipe, manufacturer and vendor part number E-H7R7. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, this performance header is designed to reduce weight and improve exhaust gas flow compared with the standard stock header. Its larger-diameter tubing helps reduce restriction, while removal of the stock catalytic converter further supports freer-flowing exhaust performance.
When installed with the Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium), the E-H7R7 header can deliver a claimed power increase of 1.6 kW, or 2.2 horsepower, at 9,500 rpm and a claimed torque increase of 3.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm. These results were measured against a Honda XL750 Transalp using the standard stock exhaust system on Akrapovic’s in-house dynamometer. The system produces a deeper, more aggressive racing tone that complements the motorcycle’s twin-cylinder engine while providing a direct plug-and-play installation for compatible components.
The Akrapovic E-H7R7 Optional Header Pipe is intended for Honda XL750 Transalp applications and is recommended for riders seeking improved performance and reduced exhaust-system weight in a competition environment. Engine remapping is recommended to help optimize the motorcycle’s fueling and performance after installation, although it is not mandatory for fitting the component. This is a racetrack-oriented exhaust part intended for use exclusively on closed-course competition circuits. Verify compatibility with the existing Akrapovic Slip-On Line (Titanium) before ordering.
