Racing Line Exhaust System - Titanium - Yamaha XSR 900

The AKRAPOVIC Racing Line Exhaust System is designed for the Yamaha XSR900, combining a neo-retro exhaust shape with modern technology, state-of-the-art solutions, and innovative materials. The heritage-inspired design is updated for today’s market and features a titanium muffler outer sleeve with stainless steel used for the remaining components. The pre-muffler and muffler are sandblasted for a refined finish.

This complete system is EC/ECE-type approved and incorporates a catalytic converter to meet Euro 5 requirements. A black-coated muffler bracket and two heat shields are included to help protect riding gear. The muffler exits on the right side of the motorcycle rather than underneath, emphasizing the Yamaha XSR900’s racing and retro styling. The system delivers a deep, full, vivid sound and is designed to provide a responsive throttle feel.

When measured on the Akrapovic dyno against a Yamaha XSR900 with the standard stock exhaust system, the exhaust added 1.4 kW (1.9 hp) at 9,100 rpm and increased torque by 1.4 Nm at 9,800 rpm. Installation is plug-and-play, with no remapping needed. Manufacturer part number: S-Y9R16-HDT/2. Vendor part number: S-Y9R16-HDT/2. Fitment: Yamaha XSR900.
