The Acerbis Fuel Tank Filter is designed to help protect your motorcycle’s fuel system during refueling. It captures dirt, debris, and other particles that may come from contaminated or dirty fuel canisters before they can reach sensitive components such as fuel injectors and fuel pumps. With filtration down to 40 microns, the Acerbis filter helps support cleaner fuel delivery and reliable engine performance.
Designed for use with select Yamaha off-road motorcycles, this filter fits the 2018 Yamaha YZ450F; 2019 Yamaha YZ250F and YZ450F; 2020 Yamaha YZ250F, YZ450F, WR250F, and WR450F; 2021 Yamaha YZ250F, YZ450F, and YZ450FX. Verify the model and year of your motorcycle before installation to ensure proper fitment.
Regular maintenance is required for continued filtration performance. Remove the filter periodically and clean it as needed to prevent accumulated debris from restricting fuel flow. The Acerbis Fuel Tank Filter is identified by manufacturer part number 2980470002 and vendor part number 29804-70002, making it a practical replacement or service component for compatible Yamaha fuel systems.
