The Acerbis Fuel Tank Filter, Part Number 2856870002, is designed to help protect the fuel system on compatible KTM motorcycles. Installed in the fuel tank or refueling path, this filter traps dirt and debris that may enter from contaminated fuel containers, canisters, or other sources during refueling. By capturing particles before they reach sensitive fuel-system components, it helps reduce the risk of contamination affecting fuel pumps and injectors.
Designed for KTM OEM fuel tank applications, this Acerbis filter captures particles measuring 40 microns and larger. Its filtration performance supports cleaner fuel delivery and helps maintain reliable operation in demanding motocross and off-road riding environments. The filter should be removed and cleaned regularly to maintain proper fuel flow and filtration performance. Always inspect the filter during routine maintenance and service it more frequently when operating in dusty conditions or when using questionable fuel sources.
Fitment includes the 2013–2018 KTM 250 SX-F, the 2016–2018 KTM 450 SX-F, and the 2018 KTM 350 SX-F. Verify the motorcycle model and year before installation to confirm compatibility. This Acerbis replacement filter is supplied as a practical maintenance component for riders who want added protection against fuel-system debris while retaining compatibility with the applicable KTM OEM fuel tank setup.
