This rear tire uses Michelin Silica Technology to deliver dependable traction throughout the tread’s service life while helping preserve tread block integrity. The 120/90-18 tire size and 65M rating make it a suitable replacement for motorcycles requiring this specific fitment and performance profile.

Michelin’s adaptive tread design provides responsive grip when the tire is new, while the silica compound is engineered to maintain traction as the tread wears. Michelin reports up to 19% more traction when worn and up to 11% more durability compared with the previous generation, based on internal testing. The StarCross 6 Medium Soft is intended for riders seeking balanced handling, controlled acceleration, and consistent performance on soft-to-intermediate motocross surfaces.

Fitment should be verified against the motorcycle manufacturer’s specifications, wheel size, and intended riding conditions before installation. The tire is identified by Michelin manufacturer part number 88813 and vendor part number 88813. Performance results can vary based on motorcycle setup, terrain, rider input, tire pressure, and operating conditions.
