Manufactured by Fly Racing, this helmet carries manufacturer and vendor part number 73-00252X and is ECE and DOT approved for added confidence on the road or trail.

Built with a lightweight polycarbonate alloy shell, the Formula CP provides excellent penetration resistance without unnecessary bulk. Fly Racing’s Adaptive Impact System combines RHEON Impact Energy Cells with multi-density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) technology to help manage both low- and high-speed linear and rotational impacts. Expanded-volume EPS adds strategic impact-absorbing material in key areas, while the EPS chin bar provides additional energy management and damage resistance. A clavicle shell relief zone uses EPS and EPP to help reduce the risk of clavicle injuries.

Comfort and usability are central to the Formula CP design. The washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads help maintain a fresh, secure fit and simplify cleaning. True Functional Ventilation forces air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels, and rear exhaust vents while the helmet is in motion. Custom-molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard, and lightweight visor screws with stainless steel D-rings provide durable finishing details. The helmet includes a soft fleece helmet bag and is compatible with an optional cold-weather breath guard.
